We sure do! We do not add markup to shipping costs, so any significant overages the system may charge would be refunded. Although, there are some items that require separate shipping that would be ineligible for combined shipping. However, we only charge actual cost for any shipping whether one or more packages are sent.
We typically ship within 1-3 business days once payment has cleared, but strive to ship the same or next business day when possible. Of course, if an order is placed on a weekend, the earliest it would ship would be Monday -- and if ordered on a holiday, the earliest ship date would be the next business day.
We take great care in ensuring an item is received in the same condition it was shipped. Extra special care is taken for fragile items. We use bubble wrap, peanuts, and sometimes paper, and never cram items into a package.
If an item arrives damaged, please do not discard anything, including the packaging, as it may be required by the courier when honoring an insurance claim. Simply contact Nicole toll free at (866) 548-2064 and she will be happy to assist you through the process. If a replacement is available, it will be shipped at no additional expense; otherwise, a full refund will be issued via PayPal.
